Too often we find that efficient service/product delivery to a fully satisfied consumer is directly related to the “behind-the-scenes” of the company itself –aka, Standard Operating Procedures! Because of experience, budgetary and/or personnel limitations, entrepreneurs and small companies frequently lack the inside resources to overcome common business challenges.

Beyond Strategy Business Consulting was founded in order to take motivation to the next level with the goal of providing smaller entities training opportunities for learning and implementing the essences of a productive business structure.

National speaker, writer and independent publisher

Business Consultant and Coach Ingrid PykaOver nearly 20 years, Dr. Ingrid Pyka has held top-level roles in the corporate, private and non-profit sectors. She carries a particular passion for the success of small businesses and their role in today’s constantly evolving America.

Using the same critical analytical process from her veterinary background, Ingrid trains management and ownership teams not only with strategy, but perhaps even more importantly, effective systems of implementation and foresight.

Early Entrepreneur

Ingrid started her own small business in 1994, within two years of her graduation from one of the top US veterinary schools, Colorado State University. Doorstep DVM was the first full-service small animal mobile practice covering all of metropolitan Phoenix. She has frequently been featured on radio and television news stories, covering topics from pet safety to new business start-up.

Focusing on operations management, organization and quality control, she furthered her business acumen through the Veterinary Management Institute at the prominent Krannert School of Management, Purdue University.  As Hospital Director at PetAid Colorado, the state’s largest non-profit veterinary hospital (formerly Harrison Memorial Animal Hospital), Ingrid combined her greatest passions – helping animals, people in need, and executive management – to reverse ailing systems and a multi-year budget deficit into a positive cash-flow community clinic within 12 months.

And now…

Undaunted by the tough publishing industry, Ingrid created Mish and Tish Publishing, LLC and nationally launched a delightful series of her own mother’s illustrated children books. She breaks the barriers of the literary world by providing children a guided platform to publish their stories.

Now providing direct assistance to organizations with less than 50 employees and start-ups, Dr. Pyka thrives in strengthening profits, staffing efficiencies, operational systems, community networking, and business development throughout the United States.
